Xfinity High-Speed Internet Coming to More Residents in Caroline County, Virginia
More Than 1,800 Additional Homes and Businesses Will Be Connected to Xfinity Services Across Bowling Green and Ladysmith
BOWLING GREEN, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Comcast is connecting more than 1,800 additional homes and businesses in Caroline County, Virginia to multi-gigabit, symmetrical Internet by expanding America’s smartest and most reliable converged WiFi network. The network expansion includes communities in Bowling Green and Ladysmith.
As a new connectivity provider in these communities, Xfinity brings Internet, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services into one simple, seamless solution – giving customers more speed, savings, and control over their connected lives.

The first residents will be connected to Xfinity services later this year. Residents can visit Xfinity.com/mytown and enter their addresses for service availability and construction updates.
This expansion is part of Comcast’s latest investment in Virginia, which also includes network expansion projects in:
- Buchanan – Construction is underway to connect more than 750 homes and businesses to the full suite of Xfinity services – including Internet, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services. Hundreds of residents are already serviceable, and the project is expected to be completed this summer.
- Lynchburg – Xfinity services are now available to more than 12,000 additional homes and businesses across the Lynchburg area, including in the City of Lynchburg, Campbell County and Forest.
- Town of Bedford – Construction is underway to connect more than 4,500 homes and businesses, with Xfinity services already available to some residents.
- Radford – Construction is underway to connect nearly 10,000 homes and businesses, with services already available to hundreds of residents.
- Strasburg – Xfinity services are now available to more than 3,300 homes and businesses.
