— Vision Aerial management projects approximately 46% revenue growth in 2026 and approximately 93% in 2027 —
BOZEMAN, Mont.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Vision Aerial, Inc. (“Vision Aerial” or the “Company”) said today it is taking orders for its new Vulcan aircraft family and expects revenue to grow approximately 93% in 2027, following approximately 46% projected growth in 2026, as the first Vulcan aircraft move from the factory floor in Bozeman to customers. Vision Aerial has agreed to be acquired by Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) (“Mobix Labs”) under a definitive agreement announced on July 24, 2026.
Management’s current estimates call for revenue to rise approximately 46% in 2026, with a further increase of approximately 93% in 2027. If achieved, that trajectory would bring 2027 revenue to nearly three times what the Company generated in 2025, driven by the Vulcan rollout and demand for secure aircraft built entirely in the United States. (See “About Vision Aerial’s Growth Projections” below.)
Every Vision Aerial aircraft is designed, assembled and supported at the Company’s Bozeman headquarters, and operators of its systems include the U.S. Navy, the USDA Forest Service, L3Harris and some of the country’s largest energy and utility companies. Vulcan, the Company’s newest family, pairs two NDAA-compliant platforms on a shared architecture — the medium-lift Vulcan SX, now moving through production, and the heavy-lift Vulcan YX, now open for preorder — built for professional work spanning government, infrastructure, energy, public-safety and national-security applications.
“Vulcan came from years of listening to the people who fly our aircraft for a living,” said Shawn Roberts, President of Vision Aerial. “We build everything here in Bozeman, and what operators are telling us about these two platforms says the market wants exactly that: serious payload, real flight time, American-made.”
Mobix Labs (Nasdaq: MOBX) delivers advanced electronics, connectivity, RF and sensing technologies for aerospace, defense and other high-reliability markets, with technology deployed on platforms including the F-22 Raptor, Apache helicopters, U.S. Navy programs, Boeing 737NG aircraft and Gulfstream aircraft. Mobix Labs has pursued strategic acquisitions as a core part of its growth plan, and upon completion of the transaction Vision Aerial is expected to become part of Mobix Labs’ national-security technology platform, extending it from advanced components into American-built autonomous aerial systems.
Closing is anticipated in the fourth calendar quarter of 2026 and remains subject to customary conditions, including approval by Mobix Labs stockholders of the related share issuance. Until then, Vision Aerial continues to operate as an independent company.
The revenue projections contained in this release are Vision Aerial management estimates prepared on a standalone basis. They are preliminary and unaudited, reflect assumptions as of the date of this release and are subject to change, including as a result of production schedules, customer demand, product-delivery timing, market conditions and completion of the pending transaction. Vision Aerial is a privately held company, and its standalone revenue and other financial information are not being disclosed at this time. Vision Aerial’s historical financial statements are expected to be included in the proxy materials for the Mobix Labs stockholder vote on the share issuance in the transaction.
