(NASDAQ:UG) announced today that the company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on July 14, 2026, declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share, to be paid on August 4, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 28, 2026. This will be the 31st consecutive year the company has paid a dividend.
