SAN DIEGO, Nov. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Turtle Beach Corporation (Nasdaq: TBCH), a leading gaming accessories brand, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and reaffirmed full year 2026 guidance for net revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
Third Quarter Highlights
- Net revenue was $84.7 million, reflecting a return to growth and a year-over-year improvement of 5.3% compared to $80.5 million in the prior year
- Delivered gross margin of 34.9%, reflecting product mix and higher promotional, tariff and logistics costs during the quarter, while maintaining our full-year gross margin outlook
- Net income of $4.4 million, compared to net income of $1.7 million in the prior year
- Adjusted EBITDA of $8.1 million compared to $11.0 million in the prior year
- Ranked #1 in U.S. gaming headsets and third-party gaming controllers during the quarter, according to Circana
- Reaffirmed full year 2026 net revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $335 million – $355 million and $44 million – $48 million, respectively
“During the third quarter, Turtle Beach returned to year-over-year revenue growth, supported by our expanded product portfolio and continued progress across our strategic priorities. Importantly, we also strengthened our competitive position, achieving the number-one ranking in both U.S. gaming headsets and third-party gaming controllers, a first in any quarter for third-party gaming controllers since our acquisition of PDP,” said Cris Keirn, Chief Executive Officer of Turtle Beach Corporation. “This achievement reflects our established leadership in gaming audio and the progress we’ve made in controllers with our expanded portfolio and product innovation capabilities.
“While retailers maintained lean inventory levels through the third quarter, we have seen encouraging early signs of holiday replenishment, with customer orders accelerating year over year through October. We are also seeing improving consumer sell-through trends, particularly in the back half of October, as the industry approaches several major game releases including the highly anticipated launch of Grand Theft Auto VI.
“These developments, together with our newest products and broader retail distribution, support our confidence in the opportunities ahead. Our focus remains on executing through the holiday season and translating increased demand into revenue growth and profitability.
“We are reaffirming our full-year 2026 outlook and remain committed to a disciplined approach to capital allocation. Looking ahead, we anticipate having the balance sheet capacity to resume share repurchases following the holiday season, while continuing to balance capital returns with the needs of the business and other opportunities that will create long-term shareholder value.
“At Turtle Beach, our priorities remain clear: deliver through the holiday season, support our retail partners, and maintain our unwavering focus on execution.”
Balance Sheet Summary
On September 30, 2026, the Company had net debt of $71.7 million, comprised of $82.9 million of borrowings less $11.2 million of cash. Inventory levels as of September 30, 2026 were at $79.8 million, an increase of $23.2 million compared to the second quarter of 2026.
Financial Outlook
The Company is reiterating guidance for the full year 2026. Net revenues are expected to be between $335 million and $355 million, representing 5% to 11% year-over-year growth. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $44 million and $48 million, representing 10% to 20% year-over-year growth.
The Company’s full-year outlook reflects expectations for a substantial fourth-quarter revenue contribution, supported by anticipated retailer holiday inventory replenishment, continued contribution from new product introductions and increased gamer engagement associated with major releases, including Grand Theft Auto VI which is expected to be a major industry event. While early fourth-quarter ordering trends have been encouraging, the timing and magnitude of retailer purchases, consumer sell-through and prevailing cost conditions remain important factors in achieving the Company’s outlook.
Beyond 2026, the Company believes its expanded product portfolio, continued innovation and brand investments, together with favorable long-term industry dynamics, provide opportunities for future growth. The Company is not providing specific financial guidance beyond 2026 at this time.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures
In addition to its reported results, the Company has included in this earnings release certain financial metrics, including Adjusted EBITDA, that the Securities and Exchange Commission defines as “non-GAAP financial measures.” Management believes that such non-GAAP financial measures, when read in conjunction with the Company’s reported results, can provide useful supplemental information for investors analyzing period-to-period comparisons of the Company’s results. Non-GAAP financial measures are not an alternative to the Company’s GAAP financial results and may not be calculated in the same manner as similar measures presented by other companies. “Adjusted EBITDA” is defined by the Company as net income (loss) before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, stock-based compensation (non-cash), and certain non-recurring special items that we believe are not representative of core operations, as further described in Table 4. These non-GAAP financial measures are presented because management uses non-GAAP financial measures to evaluate the Company’s operating performance, to perform financial planning, and to determine incentive compensation. Therefore, the Company believes that the presentation of non-GAAP financial measures provides useful supplementary information to, and facilitates additional analysis by, investors. The non-GAAP financial measures included herein exclude items that management does not believe reflect the Company’s core operating performance because such items are inherently unusual, non-operating, unpredictable, non-recurring, or non-cash. See a reconciliation of GAAP results to Adjusted EBITDA included as Table 4 below for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, and September 30, 2025.
By providing full year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance, the Company provided its expectation of a forward-looking non-GAAP financial measure. Information reconciling full year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA to its most directly comparable GAAP financial measure, net income (loss), is unavailable to the Company without unreasonable effort due to the variability, complexity, and lack of visibility with respect to certain reconciling items between Adjusted EBITDA and net income (loss), including other income (expense), provision for income taxes and stock-based compensation. These items cannot be reasonably and accurately predicted without the investment of undue time, cost and other resources and, accordingly, a reconciliation of the Company’s Adjusted EBITDA outlook to its net income (loss) outlook for such periods is not provided. These reconciling items could be material to the Company’s actual results for such periods.
