Supply & Demand Chain Executive Names Two RXO Leaders as Recipients of 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–RXO (NYSE: RXO), a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, announced today that Heather Snavely and Ashley Mullice-Love were recognized as winners of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. The award recognizes top female supply chain professionals whose accomplishments, mentorship and leadership set a foundation for women across all levels of the supply chain industry.

Since RXO became a standalone publicly traded company in 2022, its leaders have been consistently recognized for their contributions to the supply chain industry through the Women in Supply Chain Awards.

“I’m proud to see Heather and Ashley recognized for their contributions to RXO,” said Drew Wilkerson, chairman and CEO of RXO. “Their leadership, innovation and commitment to results continue to strengthen our business and support our long-term success.”

Heather Snavely, vice president of human resources operations at RXO, was recognized in the award’s Workforce Innovator category. With more than 20 years of experience across staffing, banking, transportation and logistics, Snavely has played a key role in modernizing RXO’s HR operations. Most recently, she led the company’s transition to a unified Workday platform, integrating multiple HR systems into a single enterprise-wide solution. This transition improved data accuracy, strengthened reporting capabilities and enhanced workforce visibility. Snavely also built RXO’s contingent workforce program from the ground up, introducing new tools and processes that improved how temporary and contract workers are engaged, managed and supported across the company. Her leadership has helped create a more efficient and data-driven employee experience while positioning RXO for continued growth.

Ashley Mullice-Love, senior manager of sales and operations for freight brokerage, was recognized in the Rising Stars category, which celebrates emerging leaders whose achievements and vision are helping shape the future of the supply chain industry. Mullice-Love leads a team of key account managers and customer operations representatives while partnering closely with major consumer packaged goods customers. Through disciplined execution, strategic customer engagement and strong leadership, she has driven significant revenue growth for key accounts, including increasing revenue by more than 200% for one customer in a single year. In addition to delivering business results, Mullice-Love has developed multiple team members into leadership positions, helping build the next generation of leaders at RXO.

“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 of them were self-submissions, the highest number of self-nominated applications ever in the history of this award. And, 44 of the submissions received were from male counterparts, also the highest number of male-submitted applications to date. This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”
