ST Energy Transition I Ltd. Receives Notification of Deficiency from the NYSE Related to Delayed Filing of Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q

HAMILTON, Bermuda–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
ST Energy Transition I Ltd. (NYSE: STET) (the “Company”) received on May 23, 2023 a standard notice from the NYSE indicating that, as a result of not having timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”), the Company is not in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual (the “Listing Rule”). The Listing Rule requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

The Company filed its Form 10-Q on May 26, 2023, which cures the deficiency described in the Notice, and notified the NYSE of such filing.
