Second Quarter 2026 Financial Highlights
- Second-quarter revenue was $15.3 million, compared to $20.4 million in the second quarter of 2025. Results in the prior-year period benefited from a one-time revenue boost driven by a major Solésence product launch and initial inventory pipeline fill.
- Gross profit in the second quarter was $4.7 million, compared to $6.4 million for the same period in 2025.
- Gross margin in the second quarter was 31%, compared to 32% for the same period in 2025.
- Net loss in the second quarter was $158,000, compared to net income of $3.2 million for the same period in 2025.
Accounting Update
As previously disclosed, the Company filed a Form NT 10-Q regarding its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026. The Company has completed its evaluation regarding historical inventory costing allocation methodologies.
