BEACHWOOD, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) announced today the sale of Meadowmont Market (Chapel Hill, NC) for approximately $11.0 million. Net proceeds after adjustments for certain prorations, allocations and other closing adjustments was approximately $10.7 million.
