RB Global Reports on Voting Results From the 2026 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

The Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) of RB Global, Inc. (the “Company”, NYSE and TSX: RBA) was held on April 30, 2026.
