Jackson Names Dean Hosfield Chief Information Officer
LANSING, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jackson National Life Insurance Company® (Jackson®), the main operating subsidiary of Jackson Financial Inc.1 (NYSE: JXN), announced today that Dean Hosfield has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective October 5. Hosfield brings extensive executive leadership experience across technology, digital transformation and business strategy within the insurance industry. Hosfield, who previously spent 17 years at Jackson, will report to Laura Hanson, Executive Vice President, Operations and Technology Services for Jackson.

Hosfield has more than 40 years of experience in operations and technology. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer for Knighthead Life. Prior to Knighthead Life, Hosfield spent almost 11 years at AIG and Fortitude Re. He also held a variety of roles during his earlier tenure at Jackson, last serving as Vice President of Systems and Programming. He earned a bachelor’s degree in organization administration from Central Michigan University and master’s degrees in business administration and finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
