Industrial Logistics Properties Trust Increases Quarterly Distribution on Common Shares to $0.10 Per Share or $0.40 Per Share Per Year

NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) today announced that its Board of Trustees has increased its quarterly cash distribution on its common shares from $0.05 per share to $0.10 per share ($0.40 per share per year). This distribution will be paid on or about August 13, 2026, to ILPT’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 20, 2026.
