Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) announces that effective as of today’s close the name of its Hamilton Canadian Bank 1.25x Leverage ETF has been changed to Hamilton Enhanced Canadian Bank ETF (the “ETF”).

Class E units for the ETF continue to trade under the ticker “HCAL” on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”), and the investment objective and strategy of the ETF, as outlined in the prospectus available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) or the company’s website (www.hamiltonetfs.com), remain unchanged. Subject to the approval of the TSX, it is anticipated that the name change will be reflected on the TSX on or about April 7, 2021.
