Elevance Health’s 2.750% Senior Convertible Debentures due 2042 to Accrue Contingent Interest
Elevance Health, Inc. (NYSE: ELV) announced today that for the six-month interest period commencing on October 15, 2022, its 2.750% Senior Convertible Debentures due 2042 (the “Debentures”) will accrue contingent interest at a rate of 0.50% per annum of the average trading price of a Debenture for the ten consecutive trading days ended October 14, 2022. Contingent interest, which the Company has determined to be approximately $16.8123 per Note, will be payable on April 15, 2023 to holders of the Debentures as of the April 1, 2023 record date.
