Eagle Point Credit Company Provides Estimates of Net Asset Value and Net Investment Income for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2026

GREENWICH, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Eagle Point Credit Company (the “Company”) (NYSE: ECC, ECCC, ECC PRD, ECCU, ECCV) today provided estimates of certain financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Management’s unaudited estimate of the range of the Company’s net asset value (“NAV”) per common share as of September 30, 2026, is between $4.12 and $4.22.

In addition, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, management’s unaudited estimate of the range of the Company’s net investment income (“NII”) less net realized losses from investments is between $0.27 and $0.31 per weighted average common share, exceeding the Company’s common stock distributions and total expenses for the quarter. The NII amount in excess of the Company’s aggregate quarterly distribution is principally attributable to the broader Eagle Point platform, reflecting the benefits of the Company’s access to differentiated investment opportunities beyond its core CLO strategy.

While markets have reacted adversely to shifting interest rate expectations, it is important to note that a significant portion of the Company’s investments are floating-rate assets, helping mitigate the impact of interest rate fluctuations. In addition, all of the Company’s outstanding preferred stock and unsecured notes are fixed rate, providing stability in the Company’s financing costs as market rates change.

ESTIMATED RESULTS

The financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, included in this press release are based on estimated and unaudited information and are subject to the completion of the Company’s quarter-end financial closing procedures. Accordingly, such financial information is subject to change, potentially materially, and should not be considered final.
