Comstock Welcomes Venardos Circus Back to Loudoun Station

Broadway-style circus returns from September 17th – October 4th with new ALICE production

RESTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading real estate company specializing in the development, acquisition, operation, and management of mixed-use, transit-oriented properties and data center developments, announced today that Venardos Circus will return to Loudoun Station this fall with ALICE, an all-new Broadway-style, animal-free circus production running from September 17 through October 4, 2026.

Following its appearance at Loudoun Station in 2025, Venardos Circus returns with a new production inspired by the spirit of ALICE, inviting audiences to step through the looking glass and into an imaginative world under its signature red-and-white striped big top. The family-friendly production combines theatrical storytelling with world-class circus artistry, featuring acrobats, aerialists, hand balancers, jugglers, comedians, and other performers in an immersive live experience.

“ALICE is about curiosity, imagination, and seeing the world from a different point of view,” said Producer Kevin Venardos. “Every performer under the big top is part of our traveling family, artists who bring incredible skill, humor, and heart to the ring. We invite guests to leave the ordinary behind and join us on a journey that’s surprising, joyful, and unforgettable.”

Since its debut in 2014, Venardos Circus has brought its distinctive combination of elite circus talent and theatrical storytelling to audiences across the country. The 2026 production arrives at Loudoun Station in a custom-crafted, Italian-made red-and-white striped tent designed to provide expansive seating and enhanced sightlines, all while preserving the intimate atmosphere and close-to-the-action experience for which Venardos Circus is known.

“We are so excited to welcome Venardos Circus back to Loudoun Station after such a great response from the community last year,” said Melanie McKee, Public Relations Contact for Comstock. “It’s experiences like this that make Loudoun Station such a fun place to gather, and we love seeing residents, visitors, and families come out and enjoy them together.”

Performances will include evening and weekend performances available throughout the three-week engagement. Doors open one hour before showtime, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy classic circus treats before the approximately 90-minute performance, which includes a brief intermission. Tickets are available through the Venardos Circus website. Premier Gallery and VIP Experience reserved seating options are also available. Children two years old and younger may attend free with each paying adult.

Located adjacent to Ashburn Station on Metro’s Silver Line that connects to Dulles International Airport and downtown Washington, D.C., Loudoun Station is at the forefront of Loudoun County’s transformation into a transit-oriented community. The neighborhood includes over 1 million square feet of high-quality residential, office, retail, and entertainment space, with an additional 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use development planned.
