SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CarlisleCompanies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has declared a dividend of $0.75 per share, payable on June 1, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2023.
