VERO BEACH, Florida, Oct. 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (NYSE: ARR and ARR-PRC) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) today confirmed the monthly cash dividend rates for the Company’s Common Stock, reflecting the previously announced one-for-five reverse stock split. The Company also today confirmed the monthly cash dividends for its Series C Preferred Stock for Q4 2023, which are unaffected by the reverse stock split.
