Sypris Awarded Long-Term Contract With Global Truck OEM
To Supply Drivetrain Components for Electric Vehicle Applications

Sypris Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/GM: SYPR), announced today that it has entered into a long-term agreement to supply certain drivetrain components for a leading global truck OEM’s new electrified heavy-duty vehicle. The parties expect initial deliveries to begin in 2026.
