Skyline® Homes Awarded America’s Most Trusted® Manufactured Home Builder 6 Years in a Row 2021-2026; Family of Champion® Homes Brands Sweeps Top Three Rankings

TROY, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) (“Champion Homes”) today announced Skyline Homes, a member of the Family of Champion Homes Brands, was named America’s Most Trusted Manufactured Home Builder 6 Years in a Row 2021-2026.

The Family of Champion Homes Brands represented the three most trusted brands in the study, demonstrating the depth and breadth of consumer confidence in the Champion portfolio.

“We’re thrilled to receive this exceptional recognition, which highlights that the Family of Champion Homes Brands is synonymous with quality and reliability for homeshoppers in a dynamic housing market,” said Champion Homes President and CEO Tim Larson. “This award reflects our team’s commitment to building durable, attainable homes while providing the best-in-class customer experience.”

For a record sixth consecutive year, Skyline Homes was recognized as the most trusted brand among consumers shopping for a manufactured home in the America’s Most Trusted study. The survey, conducted by Lifestory Research, is the longest-running independent research program that examines consumers’ opinions on brand trust.

The Family of Champion Homes Brands represented the top three brands in the study, underscoring the strength of the Champion portfolio. Skyline Homes earned the highest Net Trust Quotient Score of 106.8, up from 98.4 in 2025. Champion Homes had the second-highest score in the study with 106.1, a jump from 97.5 in 2025. Completing the top three-ranked brands was Genesis® Homes, Champion’s builder-developer brand, which received the third-highest score of 105.7, an increase from 97.8 last year.

The study surveyed 47,774 consumers actively shopping for a manufactured home in the last 12 months. The survey looked at the ten largest manufactured home builder brands in the United States. Consumers rated their trust in the brands, the quality of the brands and their likelihood of recommending them to others.

“The 2026 results show that consumer trust in the home-building sector remains remarkably persistent,” Lifestory Research announced in a statement. “This consistency underscores a broader market truth: once home buyers place their trust in a builder, that trust becomes a lasting competitive advantage that meaningfully influences brand strength and buyer consideration in a dynamic housing environment.”

About the Net Trust Quotient Score

The Net Trust Quotient Score is a metric that assesses brands based on their trustworthiness through a series of targeted questions for consumers. The responses are then categorized into three consumer groups: advocates (consumers who express strong trust in the brand), neutrals (those who trust the brand but do not consider it superior to others) and antagonists (consumers with little to no trust in the brand). These evaluations are quantified using statistical methods to standardize the responses and demonstrate how each brand ranks relative to all brands surveyed.
