RCI Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 14.3%

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) announced today it has increased its quarterly cash dividend by 14.3%, to $0.08 per common share from $0.07, for the fiscal 2026 second quarter ending March 31, 2026.

The 2Q26 dividend is payable March 31, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business March 16, 2026.

This marks RCI’s 10th anniversary and 41st consecutive quarter of paying cash dividends. Over that time, the quarterly dividend has increased by approximately 167% from $0.03 per share since it was initiated in the fiscal 2016 second quarter.
