Exacom’s solutions help public safety agencies consolidate call logs and record 911 audio and radio traffic directly into their cloud-based or on-premise storage systems, helping to create a single narrative of the entire incident. Integrating with Motorola Solutions’ Assist Suites will help provide immediate insights during live incidents while preserving evidentiary records for compliance, quality assurance and investigations. Exacom’s logging recorders are broadly integrated in the market with over 85 existing radio, 911 call handling, CAD and enterprise voice systems, enabling comprehensive and cohesive recording.
“In a landscape where data is often fragmented, we are moving to unify the ‘audible truth’ of emergency calls and critical voice communication with the ‘visual truth’ of video,” said Mahesh Saptharishi, executive vice president and chief technology officer, Motorola Solutions. “By integrating Exacom into our Digital Evidence Management System, we are helping to eliminate information silos to create a centralized data layer, ready to be efficiently transformed into actionable intelligence with Assist, our mission-critical AI.”
Exacom’s portfolio also includes the specialized cybersecurity expertise of its subsidiary, SecuLore, which provides proactive network monitoring and threat detection to protect mission-critical public safety networks.
Exacom supports a diverse customer base across public safety, energy, utilities, transportation and security.
“Joining Motorola Solutions represents a strong affirmation of our solution path, our team and the disciplined execution that has earned the trust of public safety agencies,” said Al Brisard, President and CEO, Exacom. “Integrating our cloud-native recording solution with the Motorola Solutions command center suite unlocks new levels of visibility, performance and response capabilities for any kind of incident.”
