Humana Launches Medicaid Plan in Virginia
Virginia Cardinal Care beneficiaries are now able to choose Humana Healthy Horizons for their health care coverage
LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Humana Healthy Horizons is now a Medicaid plan option for Virginians covered by Virginia Cardinal Care.

Humana is one of five plan administrators Cardinal Care selected as part of a statewide Medicaid managed care procurement issued last year. All individuals currently covered by Virginia Cardinal Care are eligible to enroll in the newly launched Humana Healthy Horizons plan.
