Dorian LPG Ltd. Announces First Quarter 2027 Earnings and Conference Call Date and Completion of the Sale of Constellation
STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the “Company” or “Dorian LPG”), a leading owner and operator of modern and ECO very large gas carriers (“VLGCs”), will issue a news release on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 prior to the market open, announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The Company also announced that it completed the sale of its 2015-built VLGC Constellation on July 27, 2026, generating cash proceeds of approximately $87.3 million. The associated debt of $23.9 million was repaid in connection with the sale.
