NEW YORK, May 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Chicago Atlantic BDC, Inc. (“LIEN” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LIEN), a specialty finance company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company, announced that its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will take place on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. The Annual Meeting will be conducted virtually and can be attended by stockholders of record as of April 27, 2026 (the “Record Date”) Virtual Shareholder Meeting | Broadridge.
