(Nasdaq: CRML) (“Critical Metals Corp” or the “Company”), a leading critical minerals mining company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 5,999,998 ordinary shares in a private placement at a purchase price of $10.00 per ordinary share. The offering is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $60 million, before deducting offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about April 22, 2026.
