Valvoline Inc. Launches Happy to Help Fund Supporting Children’s Mental and Physical Well-Being in Lexington, Kentucky

The Happy to Help Fund is the company’s primary source for local community giving, administered in partnership with Blue Grass Community Foundation

Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV), the quick, easy, trusted leader in preventive automotive maintenance, today announced a partnership with Blue Grass Community Foundation as they launch the Valvoline Inc. Happy to Help Fund. This fund will provide financial support for new projects or existing programs that focus on the mental and physical well-being of children and youth.

The Happy to Help Fund will serve as Valvoline Inc.’s primary way to distribute corporate charitable dollars in its hometown of Lexington, Kentucky.

Valvoline Inc. recognizes the critical need to support children and youth in its hometown who face various challenges, including the impacts of poverty, food insecurity, homelessness, community violence, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences.

The Happy to Help initiative has funded a new family respite lounge within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Golisano Children’s Hospital, provided suicide intervention training to 53 clinicians with KVC Behavioral Healthcare Kentucky, and donated $100,000 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to fund mental health grants supporting pediatric patients across the country.
