AlyXpress Orion is a third-party platform that is not owned or operated by the Company and also displays products from other companies. The listings provide product information and a channel for enquiries regarding hardware purchases, as well as a link to the DPU Platform. The Company does not manufacture or develop the featured hardware products.

The Company’s listings on AlyXpress Orion present selected third-party hardware products offered for resale by Nexpu and information about the DPU Platform. The hardware listings serve as a product showcase and enquiry channel, rather than an online checkout platform. As of the date of this release, the Company has not generated revenue through these listings.
Prospective customers may use the email contact provided on AlyXpress Orion to submit hardware enquiries. Product specifications, quantities, availability, delivery schedules, pricing, warranty and after-sales terms must be confirmed separately with the Company before an order is placed. Access
to the DPU Platform
The showcase also provides an entry point to DPU Platform, the customizable music creation platform offered through the Company’s subsidiary, Top Kingwin Technology Inc. Users may turn descriptions and lyrics into personalized music, manage their creations, and publish and share works within the platform.
Users access music services through the DPU Platform’s website, subject to applicable membership terms, usage allowances and licensing requirements.
