New platform provides companies with multi-tier supply chain visibility, verified risk data and traceable due diligence as global regulatory requirements accelerate
- Addresses a supply chain sustainability software market forecast to exceed $7 billion by 2029, with Verdantix projecting a 29% compound annual growth rate through 2029.
- Panoramic, multi-tier view: the new offering gives clients an end-to-end view of their supply chain across multiple supplier tiers, so they can identify risks, mitigate exposure and remediate issues.
- Value beyond compliance: the new offering is designed to lower operating costs by centralising data, helps reduce litigation risk exposure by a documented, evidence-based due diligence process, and support supplier and worker retention through clear accountability.
LONDON, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) (“Diginex” or the “Company”), a provider of ESG, sustainability and compliance solutions to institutional and corporate clients, today announced the launch of an enhanced end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform that gives companies one continuous view of risk, action and outcomes across their supply chains.
The launch comes as companies face growing expectations to understand and manage risks deeper within increasingly complex supply chains. Regulation is also evolving beyond disclosure, with due diligence requirements and forced labour import prohibitions increasing the need for businesses to evaluate risks within their supply chains and demonstrate how they are responding to them.
Verdantix forecasts that the global supply chain sustainability software market will grow at a 29% compound annual rate through 2029, with the market expected to exceed $7 billion by 2029*. Diginex believes that growth is being driven by major regulatory initiatives including the European Union Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and EU Forced Labour Regulation, which will prohibit products made with forced labour from being placed on or exported from the EU market from December 2027.
The new offering enables customers to replace fragmented, manual supplier data with a single platform providing visibility around four stages:
- Connect: map suppliers across multiple tiers.
- Identify: validate risks by comparing company-reported, worker-reported and third-party data.
- Act: manage corrective action plans together with suppliers.
- Demonstrate: keep a traceable record from first finding to verified resolution.
The Company plans to extend the tool over time, subject to customer research and prioritisation.
By centralizing supply chain information and creating a verified record of risk identification and remediation, the new offering is designed to lower operating costs by centralising data, help reduce litigation risk exposure by a documented, evidence-based due diligence process, and support supplier and worker retention through clear accountability. “Regulation increasingly requires businesses to build a more complete picture of risk across their supply chains. That requires more than visibility, it requires actionable data that helps companies understand where risks sit, determine where to act and measure the outcomes,” said Archana Kotecha, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Diginex. “Our solution is designed to connect those dots, helping businesses move from risk identification to action and measurable outcomes.”
