Six-week agent training program recognized for sales performance and innovation after attracting more than 21,000 registrations.
BELLINGHAM, Wash., Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — eXp Realty®, the most agent-centric™ real estate brokerage on the planet and the core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGNT), today announced that eXp University’s FastCAP program earned two Gold awards in the 2026 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, an international competition featuring organizations including Microsoft, Visa, Pepsi, Lenovo, and Johnson & Johnson.
FastCAP received the highest level of recognition in two categories:
- Best Training for Sales and Performance
- Best Unique and Innovative Sales Training Program
The six-week program helps eXp Realty agents develop productive habits, generate leads, and turn conversations into clients. FastCAP is available to eXp agents at no additional cost and incorporates business tools already included in the company’s technology platform.
“FastCAP addresses one of the biggest challenges in real estate: helping agents turn a license into a sustainable business,” said Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty. “We built eXp University to be more than a perk. It’s a real education system that meets agents wherever they are and grows with them. FastCAP is proof that when you invest in agents from day one, they build careers faster and stronger.”
FastCAP has recorded 21,273 registrations to date. Participants who attended the program and completed the minimum assigned work averaged 6.9 buyer or listing appointments and 3.9 signed agreements during the six-week course.
The program was developed using insights from 70 eXp Realty Cappers and ICON agents who built their businesses without team-generated leads or other built-in advantages. Each agent participated in an in-depth interview examining the conversations, expenses, routines, and decisions that contributed to their early success.
Those findings became a daily action plan that gradually moves participants from completing one lead-generation conversation per day to five.
“FastCAP was built by studying agents who succeeded from a cold start and turning what they did into a clear daily plan,” said Bryon Ellington, Chief Learning Officer at eXp Realty. “These awards validate that approach, but the real win is seeing agents finish the program with appointments, signed agreements, and the habits to keep building their businesses.”
The two Gold awards are part of eXp University’s broader effort to provide relevant training throughout an agent’s career. In addition to FastCAP for emerging agents, the university offers programs for established solo agents, ICON agents, and team leaders.
