He most recently served as Economic Affairs Officer at the Consulate General of Israel in Dubai from 2022 to 2025, where he founded and led Israel\u2019s Economic Division in Dubai and the Northern Emirates \u2014 the first of its kind, established in the wake of the Abraham Accords. In that role, he designed Israel\u2019s strategic framework for economic engagement across the GCC, brokered more than 17 commercial transactions, facilitated over $15 million in venture capital investment into Israeli technology companies, and designed Israel\u2019s first official engagement strategy focused on digital assets and next-generation technologies.
