\n JERSEY, Channel Islands \u2014 Wednesday September 2nd 2026 \u2014 CoinShares PLC (Nasdaq: CSHR) (“CoinShares” or the “Company”),<\/strong> a leading global asset manager specialising in digital assets, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bastion Asset Management Limited (“Bastion”).<\/p>\n

The business now operates as CoinShares Alternatives and continues to be led by the two executives who ran it at Bastion: Philip Scott, formerly Bastion’s Chief Executive Officer, joins CoinShares as Head of Alternatives, and Fred Desobry, formerly Bastion’s Chief Investment Officer, as Head of Systematic Investment Strategies. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The completion brings together Bastion\u2019s systematic investment capabilities and established institutional client base with CoinShares\u2019 broader investment, trading and operational infrastructure, providing a platform from which to expand the Alternatives business across strategies, clients and assets under management.<\/p>\n
