Guardian will transition pharmacy services for Nautilus-served residents to 18 Guardian pharmacies serving the markets where they reside. The acquisition provides former Nautilus community partners with access to Guardian\u2019s comprehensive LTC pharmacy services, delivered through locally managed pharmacies backed by the resources, technology, and capabilities of a national organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGuardian has built its business around the belief that local service coupled with a deep understanding of the communities we serve is critical to effectively addressing the complexities of medication management,\u201d said David Brown, senior vice president of the Central Region at Guardian Pharmacy Services. \u201cBy transitioning these community partners and residents from mail order service to Guardian pharmacies already operating in their markets, we are bringing pharmacy services closer to these customers, providing the local accountability, responsiveness, and senior care expertise Guardian customers depend on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The integration is being led by David Brown in close collaboration with other regional senior vice presidents, including Marybeth Terry in the East Region, and local pharmacy teams across Guardian\u2019s broader pharmacy network.
