A total of 10,582,663 common shares in the capital of the Company (\u201cCommon Shares<\/b>\u201d) were represented at the AGSM, representing 70.98% of the votes attached to all outstanding Common Shares as at the record date. All of the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company’s notice of meeting and information circular (the “Circular<\/b>“) dated July 22, 2026, were approved.<\/p>\n
