Following Hurricane Melissa, the Company worked with government and community partners to support disaster relief and the restoration of essential services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nAdvanced infrastructure and technology initiatives, including finalizing construction of the newbuild FSRU <i>Excelerate Acadia<\/i> and implementing upgrades on floating terminals from Finland to Dubai to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, generate cost savings, and meet regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nStrengthened safety management and performance, including updates to safety procedures, improvements to the safety observation program, and the redesign of the Company\u2019s global Management of Change process. In 2025, Excelerate\u2019s lost time injury frequency and total recordable case frequency were both below their respective targets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nInvested in workforce development and retention across a global team of 1,046 colleagues.
