Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining closing conditions, the companies currently expect to complete the merger during mid-September.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">At closing, Host Digital will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HCWC, and former Host Digital members are expected to own approximately 96% of HCWC\u2019s outstanding Class A common stock.
