The award covers the complete design, supply, installation, and commissioning of two production lines for the Customer\u2019s advanced electronic materials project in Laiwu District, Jinan, Shandong Province, China.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <b>Scope of the Contract<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 <b>Artificial Graphite Anode Line: <\/b>A fully automated production line with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons per year.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 <b>Silicon-Carbon Anode Line: <\/b>A production line with a designed capacity of 1,000 tons per year, incorporating CVD silicon-carbon deposition and high-temperature graphite carbonization processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 <b>Turnkey Delivery: <\/b>A fixed-price package covering process and equipment design, equipment supply, on-site installation, commissioning, operator training and technical documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <b>A New Revenue Model: From Materials Producer to Full-Solution Provider<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p>The award marks E-Power\u2019s entry into the design, engineering and equipment supply of complete anode production lines \u2014 extending the Company\u2019s operations beyond materials manufacturing into technology and services revenue.
