Certain affiliates of J.H. Whitney Equity Partners VII, LLC will also grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of the Company\u2019s common stock. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the Offering.
