LR2022 and LR2012 extend the LoRa Plus family to serve multiple IoT deployment types, from cost-optimized sub-GHz sensors to global multi-band NTN \u2014 all using fourth-generation LoRa<\/i>\u00ae IP<\/i><\/p>\n

All Semtech LoRa Plus devices support LoRaWAN, LR-FHSS, Amazon Sidewalk, Wi-SUN FSK, and Wireless M-BUS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nThe two new devices extend the LoRa Plus family to address a full range of IoT application requirements \u2014 from sub-GHz deployments to multi-band global tracking with satellite connectivity \u2014 bringing the LoRa Plus portfolio to three production-ready transceivers.<\/p>\n

\nThe LR2022 and LR2012 share the same fourth-generation LoRa\u00ae IP core as the LR2021, offering backward compatibility with LoRaWAN\u00ae, LR-FHSS and legacy OOK devices. The devices feature radio performance with best-in-class sensitivity with extended data rates up to 125 Kbps for LoRa and 2 Mbps for FSK applications. This throughput enables high-speed burst data transmissions within a low-power envelope \u2014 supporting large file transfers including images, audio, and firmware-update-over-the-air (FUOTA) updates. The devices also support use cases requiring very low latency in proprietary wireless protocols.<\/p>\n
