She will succeed Ron Taylor, Resmed\u2019s current Lead Director, who is not standing for reelection at the company\u2019s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on November 18, 2026, and will retire after more than 21 years of service to the company.<\/p>\n<p>The Board has appointed Carol Burt to serve as Lead Director, effective November 15, 2026. Burt has served on Resmed\u2019s Board since 2013 and currently chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Compliance, Privacy and Quality Committee.
