(NYSE: BBBY) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), today announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors approved inducement awards to 18 new non-executive employees and one executive officer, in connection with their commencement of employment with the Company as the Company continues to build out leadership and growth.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe inducement awards were granted to these 19 new employees on August 6 and August 10, 2026, and consist of an aggregate of 2,051,654 restricted stock units (\u201cRSUs\u201d) and 688,295 performance stock units (\u201cPSUs\u201d) at target, with maximum performance representing 135% of target. Among the inducement awards were 388,889 RSUs and 166,667 PSUs granted to Brian LaRose, the Company\u2019s Chief Financial Officer, as an executive officer.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe awards were granted under the Company\u2019s 2026 Employment Inducement Equity Incentive Plan and in accordance with New York Stock Exchange Rule 303A.08 as a material inducement to employment with the Company.
