Cabot will pay interest on the notes semiannually on February 15 and August 15 of each year, beginning February 15, 2027. The sale of the notes is expected to close on August 21, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Cabot intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay its senior unsecured notes due September 2026 (the \u201c2026 Notes\u201d) at maturity, with the remainder being used for working capital and other general corporate purposes (including, at Cabot\u2019s discretion, repayment of commercial paper and amounts, if any, outstanding under its multicurrency revolving credit facility).<\/p>\n<p>Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P.
