\nHeavy rainfall began early Tuesday and continued throughout the day, with flash flooding reported across much of the state. Columbus and Dayton are among the areas hit the hardest.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cPretty much the entire state is under a flood watch,\u201d stated Anthony Jones, U-Haul Area District Vice President for Ohio. \u201cWe\u2019ve seen pictures of cars underwater.
