The Company believes that its current cash, cash equivalents and investments will be sufficient to fund planned operations, including the commercial launch of lorundrostat, into 2028.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Research and development (R&amp;D) expenses for the quarter ended June\u00a030, 2026 were $221.4\u00a0million, compared to $38.3\u00a0million for the quarter ended June\u00a030, 2025. The increase in R&amp;D expenses was primarily due to the $200.0\u00a0million upfront payment to Tanabe in June 2026 in connection with the license agreement amendment.
