\n BIRMINGHAM, Ala.<\/span>, Aug. 10, 2026<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Encompass\u00a0Health\u00a0Corp.\u00a0(NYSE:\u00a0EHC)\u00a0today\u00a0announced\u00a0the pricing of a private offering of an additional $100 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% senior notes due 2034 (the “Additional Notes”) at a price of 98.75% of the principal amount thereof. The Additional Notes will constitute a reopening of the Company’s 5.875% senior notes maturing in 2034 originally issued in May 2026 (the “Existing Notes”) and will be treated as the same class as, and will have the same terms (other than the date of issuance and the offering price) as, the Existing Notes. The Company will pay interest on the Additional Notes semiannually in arrears on June 1 and Dec. 1\u00a0of each year, beginning on Dec. 1, 2026. The Additional Notes will be jointly and severally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by all of its existing\u00a0and\u00a0future\u00a0subsidiaries\u00a0that\u00a0guarantee\u00a0borrowings\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0Company’s\u00a0credit\u00a0agreement\u00a0and other capital markets debt. This offering is expected to close on August 13, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
