Fuchs, M.D., M.P.H., as president of research and development, Erasca\u2019s Board of Directors has approved the grant of inducement awards.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors approved the grant to Dr. Fuchs of non-qualified stock options to purchase 1,278,520 shares of Erasca common stock under the company\u2019s 2026 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan (the \u201cInducement Plan\u201d), 25% of which will vest on August 10, 2027, and the remainder of which will vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.
