\n NEW YORK<\/span>, Aug. 7, 2026<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Star Holdings (NASDAQ: STHO) announced today that it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Net income attributable to common shareholders for the second quarter was $41.4 million and earnings per share was $3.43. These results reflect a non-cash adjustment of $29.3 million, which increased earnings per share by $2.43 with respect to our investment in approximately 13.5 million shares of SAFE based on a mark-to-market at quarter end. Additionally, the Company recognized $14.4 million, or $1.19 per share, of deferred non-cash income resulting from the Company surrendering an asset to a local municipality following the expiration of a lease.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
