(Nasdaq: CDNA) \u2013 a leading precision medicine diagnostics company in transplant, specialty oncology, and cell therapy, today announced the award of inducement grants.<\/p>\n<p>\nOn August 5, 2026, as an inducement material to acceptance of employment with CareDx, 35 new employees were awarded restricted stock units (RSUs) for an aggregate of 97,090 shares of common stock.<\/p>\n<p>\nWith respect to 34 of the new employees, an aggregate of 93,090 of the RSUs will vest over four years, with 25% of the RSUs vesting on the first anniversary of each employee\u2019s vesting commencement date, and 1\/16th of the RSUs vesting on each date that is three (3) months thereafter subject to each employee\u2019s continued service through each vesting date.<\/p>\n<p>\nWith respect to one employee, an aggregate of 4,000 of the RSUs will vest 100% on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date subject to the employee\u2019s continued service through the vesting date.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe RSU awards were made pursuant to the Company\u2019s 2025 Inducement Plan in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).<\/p>\n<p>\nCareDx is providing this information in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).<\/p>\n<p><b>About CareDx<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nCareDx is a leading precision medicine diagnostics company advancing care in transplant, specialty oncology, and cell therapy.
