{"id":992209,"date":"2026-08-07T09:45:43","date_gmt":"2026-08-07T13:45:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marketnewsdesk.com\/index.php\/elevra-lithium-completes-sale-of-e45-2364-pegmatite-rights\/"},"modified":"2026-08-07T09:45:43","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T13:45:43","slug":"elevra-lithium-completes-sale-of-e45-2364-pegmatite-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marketnewsdesk.com\/index.php\/elevra-lithium-completes-sale-of-e45-2364-pegmatite-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Elevra Lithium Completes Sale of E45\/2364 Pegmatite Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mw_release\">\n<p align=\"justify\">BRISBANE, Australia, Aug.  07, 2026  (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) &#8212; <strong>North American lithium producer Elevra Lithium Limited (\u201cElevra\u201d or &#8220;Company&#8221;) (ASX:ELV; NASDAQ:ELVR)<\/strong> is pleased to announce that it has completed a transaction with Wildcat Resources Limited (\u201c<strong>Wildcat<\/strong>\u201d) regarding the Company\u2019s rights, interests and obligations on E45\/2364 in Western Australia (referred to as Tabba Tabba in Elevra exploration disclosure).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Under the terms of the agreement with Wildcat, Elevra has sold all of its rights, interests and obligations associated with E45\/2364 to Wildcat, with Wildcat assuming full ownership, control and liability of those rights, interests and obligations (\u201c<strong>Transaction<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n        <strong>Transaction Consideration<\/strong>\n      <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pursuant to the terms of the Transaction, Elevra will receive total consideration of $16 million plus an ongoing royalty (should Wildcat define a Pegmatite Mineral Resource on E45\/2364) comprising the following:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:6pt;margin-bottom:6pt;text-align:justify\">A$5 million in cash payable on completion;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:6pt;margin-bottom:6pt;text-align:justify\">A$8 million in Wildcat ordinary shares, issued at a price of $0.353 per share;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:6pt;margin-bottom:6pt;text-align:justify\">A$3 million in deferred cash payable six months after Wildcat announces a completed feasibility study for the Tabba Tabba Project; and<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:6pt;margin-bottom:6pt;text-align:justify\">Contingent cash payments of A$0.70 per tonne for each tonne of JORC Pegmatite Mineral Resource announced by Wildcat within E45\/2364.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">This combination of guaranteed and contingent payments provides Elevra with ongoing exposure should Wildcat have exploration success on E45\/2364 while allowing the Company to realise immediate value.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Transaction is consistent with Elevra\u2019s strategy of allocating capital to further develop its core North American assets.
