The complaint further alleges that the Company deliberately made it difficult for consumers to cancel their subscriptions, and that Hims &amp; Hers shared consumers\u2019 sensitive health information with third-party advertising platforms, including Meta and Snap, despite representing to consumers that such information would remain private.
