\n NOVATO, Calif.<\/span>, Aug. 5, 2026<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Hennessy Advisors, Inc. (Nasdaq: HNNA) <\/b>reported results for its third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share to be paid on September 3, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 20, 2026. The dividend represents an annualized yield of 6.1%.*<\/p>\n
